Return and Refund Policy

We appreciate your interest in The GRAPA. Before purchase, if you would like to see additional images, or a short video of an artwork to help with your decision-making, please indicate in the chatbox below (bottom right), or contact us at info@thegrapa.com.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The GRAPA. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an artwork. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure that returns are handled fairly and efficiently.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an artwork from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that some artworks are not eligible for return:
Custom artworks or commissions
Artworks that have been altered or damaged by the buyer
Artworks that have been personalized or have a message added to them
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thegrapa.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We are happy to facilitate a return and will provide you with instructions on how to return the artwork.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the artwork is in the same condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.
If the artwork is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a fee from your refund to cover any restoration costs.
Shipping
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your artwork to The GRAPA in Valencia, Spain. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
